This rendering took almost 2 hours to completely finish (the amount of time it took can be seen in upper left hand of screenshot in 2nd picture) so I was only able to get this one angle of it
Wow... that's how long renders used to take 10 years ago... You might have had too many verticies in the bowl or cloth... the other thing is how many samples in the render settings. All of those "fireflies" in the shadow of the bowl can be removed by using an indirect clamp value of 1 in the render settings.
